Alumni Funding is currently seeking energetic, self-starting professionals with the drive, determination, and sales experience to work as a mortgage loan officer for our brokerage firm. As a mortgage loan officer, you will be responsible for:
Generating mortgage leads and turning them into loans.
Prospect for leads using a variety of methods (building referral relationships with realtors, banks, builders, etc.
Develop solid product knowledge; offer clients the best mortgage products that fit their needs.
Create and maintain excellent relationships with our clients.
Work with clients and internal support staff to ensure the timely completion of each loan.
Position Requires:
Prior sales experience in the mortgage industry helpful but not required.
Familiarity with mortgage rules, regulations, and procedures.
Superior customer service skills, strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
